Keep The Vision ...

I know there no end to this journey, it is just a matter of finding the right time and right place to let the flower blooms. I am still in the stage of seeding. Collecting all the best of the universe and those positive energies so that the most beatiful blooming event will happen. It will bloom beautifully and bring new life to the earth again, showering me with those new energies to move on to the right track. Be strong and face the sun bravely no matter what happen.

There's only 1 way to keep the vision : Meditation. I shall make it my life partner forever no matter what happen. Meditation is the only way to keep up my positive energy and my vision. The universe is something just too big for you to understand and there are more waiting for you to explore. The powerful hidden energy is waiting for you. All you have to do is be commited to it and it shall return to you what you have gave Him. Trust me, something is out there waiting for you.

Consistency

Last 2 days due to tireness and business of works, i skipped my morning and night meditation sessions. And I felt the negative effect immediately without the practise. Body discomfort, easy to get angry and mind unsettled. And seems like I am going to the same old me again. Fortunately I realized about these differences and take action on it.

My kids can feel my negative energy inside me, especially Justin. When I yelled at him, scold him and his eyes are showing me how he feel inside his heart and there's a sense of doubts. I guess he must be thinking why mummy turning into some devil or monster again ? I am so sorry son, it's mum's fault. I should not have scold you this morning and yelled at you. I promised I would never do it again.

I promise to stick to the meditation sessions, morning and night in order to preserve the good energy within me and my surrounding. The energy must be in harmony in order to make sure my family members in harmony too. I just to remember that I am still living in a family with my kids, husband, mother in law and others neighbors and it's my duty to make sure living harmony with them.

Namaste !

Sharing Out Means Laughing Out Together...

Last saturday i got a chance to share out some information on yoga with my eldest son's teachers. In fact I learned some useful tips from them too and it's a fun session. Although I am abit tired due to night before over time work, but I really enjoyed it too.

I shared out some information on proper breathing techniques & highlight the important of breathing in yoga. The center owner, Teacher Ng also pointed out that teaching kids how to breath might be abit difficult since they are very active. She commented that kids can start with the yoga post first but not the breathing first. Then I showed the teacher the nostril breathing technique also. I am not sure whether they understand the technique or not. Hopefully they are.

I found that most of the teachers in the center are full of humorous and they are willing to share out as well. I learned a lot from them on this. Teacher always the best motivator especially those teaching in kindergarten stage.

Then Teacher Ng highlighted some of the poses suitable for kids such as Tiger, Lion, Fish, Kangaroo, Wheel pose and others. I pointed out some of the poses benefits such as detoxification and cleansing effect on the fish pose.

Well, the sharing really gave me a real experience on how's other people body physical condition can be like. Some of them are very stiff the body parts such as shoulder or the back. It's not easy to help others to adjust to a proper pose and in deed very challenging.

I really want to say thank you to all the teachers that willing to spend out the time on the session.
