Joy of Seeing The New Leafing

There's a new leaf sprouting out of the plant i placed on my office desk. What a joy seeing the new leafing sprouting !  It means that life is still going and everyday is a new fresh day ! Never look down of this smaller thing, it brings a lot of meaning to life ! Nature always our best teacher in life and by observing it, it brings you to live at present moment, rather than past or future.

Past is past, and future is unknown. So no point worry too much on these. What you have in your hands is present or now. But it sounds like say is easy but practising this is not.

I am still trying out my way on this. These few days been in a very sensitive stage. I become more and more aware of my own emotion and thoughts that come across my mind. I am trying hard to not letting the negative one rooted but keep the good one. Well I guess 1 day will not see it change completely. Experience will tell me how to handle it. Rome city is not build in 1 day so does human spiritual world. You need to build your base first before movig 1 step further again. But at least I have the awareness of what is going on and what's happening. That's already a great leap from me.

Be Careful With What You Wish...

Now I do believe that wish can come true if you really have heart on it, your will is strong and you know what you want. When you wish for something, actually you are sending a message to the universe, telling the universe what you want and the universe will response back by granting your wish. Some people do believe that the vibration of our brain sends this message out to the universe. My experience telling me that it's quite true and since then I believe in this.

I promise to myself starting from now on, only good things will be in my mind rather than a bad one. Say good words to yourself, to others, treat others good and always say grace.
