Human capability is beyond one's imagination and I can say our imagination is without any limit. When we talk about limit, it is one's mind that limits one's own capability and potential. Sciences milestone such as exploration to the space (nobody ever thought human can fly to the space for a vacation before that !), creation of other advanced devices all proved that our great potential still waiting to be explored. So don't limit your capabilities and potential. The mind is tricking us what we can do.
The mind will always sabotage oneself by creating negative thought into oneself, and trying to laugh at us if we fall into its tricky trap. So remember the keywords here are "Don't Limit Yourself On what Are The Things You Can Do". Trust your guts and let your imagination flies like a firefly
Ps: Firefly (Titibhasana) is the name for one of my favourite yoga poses. It needs a lot of awareness and the right flow in order to perform it. From the physical aspect, your core muscle must be strong enough to support the body and the contraction is the key point here.
